Venezuelans are reacting to the U.S. operation early Saturday that led to the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife.

Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine said more than 150 U.S. aircraft were used.

Democrats said he needed congressional authorization to use military force.

The announcement came a few hours after explosions rocked the Venezuelan capital, Caracas.

She was convicted of obstruction for helping an immigrant evade federal agents.
